| Ch. Twinlakes Saint Nic began his road to notoriety in 1998 when he broke the all time record for Black & Tan Coonhounds defeated in a single year with a spectacular total of 315 points. The following year, Nic again had the distinction of being #1 Black & Tan and earned back-to-back Pedigree awards for the most Black & Tan Coonhounds defeated. His 1998 record still stands today. In 1999, Nic was awarded the ultimate breed award by going Best of Breed at the National Specialty in Wichita, KS. He was awarded Best of Breed at the Westminster Kennel Club show the following year. Winning 6 Hound Group firsts and 35 Group Placements he has been campaigned throughout his career by his owner and best friend, Alan Willard. From his first days as a gangly puppy to his later years as dignified veteran, Nic has been a devoted companion and is most appreciated as a beloved member of the Willard family. |
