Ch. St. John's Jubia had a profound effect on the breed. Although he was bred only a few times, his name appears in the pedigree of every Black and Tan Coonhound ever awarded an All Breed Best in Show. Jubia's son, Am/Can Ch Codach's Lyrical Treeboy was the breed's first All Breed Best in Show winner and a prominent sire in his own right.
