| Ch. Silver Ridge Caro campaigned during the mid 1980's is one of the elite Black and Tan Coonhound bitches to be awarded Best of Breed at the National Specialty of the American Black and Tan Coonhound Club. She received this honor in August of 1985 in Ravenna, Ohio. Caro was also awarded Best of Opposite Sex at the 1983 and 1984 AB & TCC National Specialties. She was a multiple Hound Group winner and her total of 14 Hound Group wins with 59 Group placements ranked her in the top ten of total dogs defeated for the years 1945 through 1995. Caro was handled throughout most of her career by David Saylor. |
