The Annual Banquet will be held Friday evening, 3/15/2024, from 6-9 pm at the nearby Kentucky Derby Museum. Reservations are required by 3/8/2024 (1 week out). Guests are welcome! Price per person will be $60; make reservations with Karen Winn—859-229-5224 or Clovercreekbt@gmail.com. Our buffet menu will include house salad (bibb lettuce, apples, goat cheese, walnuts, raisins, with lemon-sorghum dressing), roast chicken, brined bone-in pork chops, herb roasted fingerling potatoes, braised green beans with roasted tomatoes, sorghum glazed carrots, sourdough dinner rolls, and for dessert, traditional Derby Pie with whipped cream. Water and iced tea will be served with the meal. There will be a cash bar with beer, wine, sodas, and mixed drinks available. And YES, you can get a mint julep if you like! The "cash bar" will only take credit cards, so please come prepared. Reserved Grooming A designated grooming/ crating area will be set aside for the ABTCC members via pre-reservations.
